Trick or Treating and 5% Day for Non-GMO Project

Event Description

On Saturday, October 26 from 11 am to 3 pm, Harvest Market is participating in Hockessin’s 11^th Annual Trick or Treat for the community.  All children in costume will be rewarded with a special allergy-friendly treats from MadeGood Foods, Enjoy Life and Hippeas. We will also have a non-food treat as supporters of the Teal Pumpkin Project. In order to make this a safe event, the Hockessin Business Association has arranged for the services of State Police and Volunteers of the Hockessin Fire Company to monitor the Route 41 and Old Lancaster Pike during the event.

On this date, we will be donating 5% of our daily sales to The Non-GMO Project. Harvest Market is a Retail Supporter of the Non-GMO Project because we share that belief that everyone deserves an informed choice about whether or not to consume genetically modified organisms.
