Halloumi and Curds on the Grill

Halloumi and “Kourella’s Grill & Eat” are delightfully squeaky, briny, semi-firm cheeses originating from Greece, comprised of a combination of sheep and goat’s milk. Their high melting point makes them ideal for cooking, and superb for grilling. When heated, they maintain their semi-firm texture, and sear perfectly, creating a crispy brown exterior that gives way to a soft and chewy bite.
