- 1 jar Sanja's Kimchi Radish
- 1 onion, sliced
- Fresh Local mild cheddar cheese slices
- Sprouts
- Multigreen Kombucha
- 1 tbs coconut oil or lard
- 1 package of country Meadows local sausages
Saute sausages in oil on medium heat with slicd onions until browned. Serve atop a bed of sprouts along with cheese slices and 1/2 Kimchi. Goes well with a glass of enzyme-rich multigreen Kombucha.
