- 2 cups of Flour (Orgran Bread Crumbs work best)
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Salt
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 eggs
- Chicken Breast
- A few tablespoons of oil (for the pan)
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces (about a one inch cube). Put the bread crumbs in a bowl and add a few shakes of italian seasoning. Add a little more garlic salt than italian seasoning along with salt and pepper (just a few shakes). Next, break the two eggs into a separate bowl and add a tablespoon of milk, stir together. Take the chicken cubes and dip them into the eggs first until completely covered, then drop them into the bread crumbs. Roll the cubes around until they are fully covered in bread crumbs. Once all the cubes are breaded, start heating a pan with the bottom just covered with oil. Turn to a low-medium heat. Once the pan is ready, lay the chicken cubes in the oil so they cover the bottom. (It is ok for them to touch, but they all must be in the oil and not on top of eachother) Let the chickens cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottom layer is lightly golden brown, flip chickens and leave in the pan for another 2-3 minutes. Once both sides are brown, place chickens on a plate covered with paper towels and lightly dab the chickens. Eat, and enjoy! You can eat them with ketchup, or any other sauce.
