HOMEMADE CHICKEN STOCK

This is a nutritionally complete bone broth.

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3-4 quarts water

Add all to a crock-pot, simmer on low for 24 hours. Can be done
with a fresh chicken, with the meat to be pulled and eaten, or the carcass post-meal.
Add to rice, beans, stews, or use for a rich medicine during cold and flu season.
