A SIMPLE GLUTEN-FREE MEAL
  • Glutino Poppyseed Bagel
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Halved Kiwi
  • Chunked Pineapple
  • Cream Cheese
  • Pea Sprouts
  • Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Lightly toast bagel until brown. Arrange Bagel and fruit together on a plate. This is a great Gluten-free meal for newly diagnosed celiacs or people who aren't gluten-free at all.
