- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews (soaked 1-2 hours)
- 3/4 - 1 cup filtered water
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 soaked medjool dates
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 tbs. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
Place all ingredients into Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in an additional 1/2 tsp. finely minced dill or just sprinkle on top.
For dressing you may want to add some additional water and blend again for a thinner consistency.
